Wonders of the World

My traveling goal has always been to hit all seven continents. And I still have that goal of course, but I'm almost done. North America, Europe, Africa Asia. Four out of seven.

I've made a new goal. The Wonders of the World.

Because there are many lists of Wonders (The Seven Ancient Wonders, The New Seven Ancient, The Natural, The Wonders of the Industrial, etc.), I am going to simplify my list with The New7Wonders of the World and the Natural Wonders of the World .

Because the original seven ancient wonders are all lost, there was a movement for a new list of wonders: The New7Wonders of the World.

Why the unnecessary conjoining of New and 7 and Wonders? Silly.

Anyway, the list follows:

Chichenitza, Mexico

Christ Redeemer, Brazil

Colosseum, Italy

Taj Mahal, India

Great Wall of China

Petra, Jordan

Machu Picchu, Peru

Though they are voting for a New Seven Natural Wonders, the current list is:

Aurora Borealis

Grand Canyon, United States (Already checked off!)

Paricutin, Mexico

Victoria Falls, Zambia and Zimbabwe

Mount Everest, Himalayas

Harbor of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (two birds with one stone, no?)

The Great Barrier Reef

There's my list. Of course, visiting all the wonders will also help me hit all the continents. Here's to a lifetime of adventure!
